My name is Leah Sanderson and I currently reside in Birmingham, AL. I first found my love for beauty through making abstract art in my home. This is where Weary and Light was birthed and I discovered the beauty of holding joy and sorrow together. Since then, I have discovered the healing work of my story alongside trusted friends, counselors, and guides.

I am currently studying at Colorado Christian University where I am getting my masters in Clinical Mental Health. My journey here has been filled with a lot of hope for those who seek health, wholeness, and a deep sense of shalom in their lives.

A few of my favorite things include my Old English Sheepdog named Frannie, a walk on a sunny day, the color green, painting (of course), and long conversations over a yummy meal!
